Celadon Royal Thai Cuisine @ Pavillion Kuala Lumpur

Learning how to capture artistic images with an Iphone 6+ as a deco. Not quite sure if I'm doing it right. lol

The name says it all, will be speaking of my experience at this high class Thai place in Pavillion that I paid a visit to last Saturday evening.

Was there with Eric and Jack. Jacky suggested to dine here after he read reviews from Chuckei's blog.

Excuse my fat face, in total exhaustion from my lack of sleep due to morning work! Waking up at 6.30AM daily is seriously not my thing at all, but i have to do it for the sake of earning a living.

Mandatory order, Tom Yam Goong, I've been so obsessed with Tom Yam this year. Everywhere I go, and if there is Tom Yam in the list, I have definitely pause a moment to think if i should be ordering this, but in a Thai place, it is only right to try out how the Tom Yam tastes like.

I must say, this is one of the best tasting Tom Yam soup I have ever tastes, so so so flavorsome and of course mad spicy, I can only think of two person who would be insanely in love with this soup. Laura and Choo, my colleague from Nuffnang. Even Jacky said it was mad spicy after 3 sips.

Lips was all plumped from the spicy flavored, but I could not stop myself from taking down more. After all it is also worth RM 22.90, it is only right to finish the whole bowl right.

Rate: 4.7/5

Another mandatory order in a Thai place. Kang Kung Belacon, it also known as Fried Morning Glory. No idea who came up with that name, Morning Glory is a type of flora, how is Kang kung also known as Morning Glory? lol

Rate: 4/5

Sweet and Soup Fish tastes fantastic. The broth was also very flavorsome, tasted very lim-ish, the rice goes very well with the broth and the fish was fleshy fresh.

Rate: 4.7/5

BBQ Chicken wrapped in Pandan Leaves, the leaves might look burnt but the chicken was s tender and juicy and the best part is, it is bonesless! hellyeah!

Rate: 4.9/5

Initially, we wanted to try out the Mango Sticky Rice, but turned out, they were sold out on that dish so our 2nd option was the jackfruit and waterchest nut. At this point of my meal, I was so so so full yet I was still stuffing myself with more.

Ended up feeling so bloated and nausea. Too much in muh tummy!

Rate: 3/5 (not sweet enough and the ice were all melted already when it arrived)

Ending it here now. =)

A highly recommended place if you are a huge fan of Thai Cuisine. You honestly don't wan to miss out trying this place.

A Pie Thing

Everyone have been raving about this new place!

The trying to fit in me have also decided to give it a try for the purpose of taking a picture so i could blog and Insta it! This is what people do these days right? haha

Went to A Pie Thing in Uptown right after work with my bunch of high school mates.

All the pies displayed. freshly baked out of the oven, while we were there, people kept going in and out, that means the pies are selling out fast. In order to stock em up, the only way is to bake them again.

The pastries and the drinks corner.

They sell chocs too. Expensive choc to be precise!

Decided to give the Lamb pie and Mushroom and Chicken Pie a try. =) I must say, it's damn fine babeh! The lamb pie tasted superb man, small chunk of tender lamb, so so goood!

Did not managed the Steak Pie (beef) cause one of our friend is not allowed to have beef due to religion purposes.

Might head back just to give steak a try! =P

Pie, Mashed Potatoes, Green Peas and Gravy! (Don't really fancy the pea, might just order it without the peas next round)

and of course, a meal would not be completed without dessert!

Signature Pie topped with bittersweet choc and marshmallow! tasted like heaven! =X

Ending it here today!

Rating this place a 8/10 =)

Goodbye Darren, you will be missed!

Well, for his farewell, the office have decided to drop by Fahrenheit 600 at Publika for a last feast with him.

Its my first time here, well, the experience was great, the food was good, the environment is good until we fcken found a maggot in Choo's lasagna. erkk! It probably came from the salad, they suspect, must be a good thing right right righhttt?????? Means the green has lesser pesticides right?

Me and Chingy otw in Darren's car!

The shop is on the same row as red beanbag but instead of upstairs, it is downstairs.

GUESS WHO JOINED US?
Famous baby FIGHTER TIAH! <3

Also see the cute Barista behind the counter! Could not stop staring at him. *D

Now, for all the food pictures! Only took pictures of the meal served in our table, there were 30 peoples who attended the farewell, can't be going around snapping away right? haha

Salad served with raw salmon

 Lasagna =)

PIZZA, their specialties! look at the watery egg la!

Strawberry Lemonade with a piece of Choc cake! So sinful yet the dark choc tasted damn fine!

My Mexican Spag from the lunch set, lunch set was served with a drink and dessert of your choice from the menu, there were quite a number to choose from. Best part is it is only RM18.90. So worth it!

The erm maggot was found in this! Must be the salad right, cant be the lasagna! The lasagna was baked la, how can the maggot survived? haha!

Standing Theory @ SS2

Great company over great coffee session!

So, today, me and my high school friend decided that we should head to a cafe to be hipster a bit la. The current trend is to go through every single cafe in town, they call it cafe hopping. Cafe hopping becomes money hopping out of my pocket man! Eventhough I have spent quite a bit today, I would still love to fill you in with my day.

We left Klang at about 12.30pm and arrived at 1.40pm, got lost on the way. It is situated in a housing area man, so hard to find even with Waze. Okay, maybe, we are just bad at reading direction! *no way we are qualify for The Amazing Race*

Anyway, let me show you some of the pictures we took for the day.

The menu were printed out in papers and clipped to a cardboard. Love the craving though!

The only kind of caffeine i take is the MOCHA, a combo of chic and coffee, i don't really enjoy bitter stuff la, that is why the choice of drink.

Camera-ception!  Major love for my Samsung #NXMini

THE BEST THING ON THE MENU! sweet yet savory! Waffle with bacon! Tasted heavenly! the waffle melted in my mouth~ Should have ordered one on my own though. Hahah.

After lunch, we head on to Jaya One to see if there were any flea market taking place.

Nothing much to see in Jaya One but we took lotsa pictures!

Oh, did i forget to mention that we took pictures of ourselves, not the surrounding. HAHAH!

Ending it with a group shot of all of us! =)
